Human Evolution: Skulls and Genes (SHE047.11)

Vacancies

In this course we look at what fossil skulls tell us about our evolution and about our hominin relatives that lived sometime during the period after our ancestors and the chimpanzees went their separate ways. We also look at what geneticists have published about ancient Homo sapiens (our species) and other human species and about the results of their sexual encounters. Fairly academic but in plain language and endlessly fascinating. No previous knowledge required.
