Qigong for All (R119.04)
Vacancies
This course teaches Shibashi Qigong – a form restoring natural harmony in the body and mind. It is a set of 18 slow, continuous flowing sections which also helps to balance our energy, increase flexibility, strength and coordination, promote relaxation and mindfulness.
In general, qigong is similar to tai chi, but gentler and easier to learn. No previous experience is required, but you should be able to stand for about 50 min. Each 1h session includes a gentle standing warm up and a short meditation (chairs are fine).
