Meditation for Wellbeing Ongoing (R087.06)

This is a continuing course and requires the participants to have either completed the first year of Meditation for Wellbeing and/or to have other appropriate experience of Meditation. This class will continue to explore gentle yoga and relaxation in order to calm the body and mind and then move into Dru yoga breathing practices and meditations. Suitable for all fitness levels, as the gentle yoga can be modified. Health form is required. Course may be conducted by zoom if warranted.

Please note this course will run for three terms. The term breaks will be the same as the school holidays. We will be in recess for the winter term. Exact dates of each term will be provided at the beginning of the year,
Venue:Hughes Baptist Church Room 5 - Mondays Only
Costs:Room rent $20.00 per term.
Student Materials:Cushions, yoga mat if used, water bottle, rugs when cold.this course. Please bring a water bottle, shawl or other warm garment for relaxation/ meditation as the body will cool down with these practices.
