For people who have an interest in Japan and Korea and want to find out more about these countries, their history and culture.
Starting with Japan, the aim is to increase our shared knowledge through activities including: - informal presentations by group members on topics of interest, for example, on Japanese history, economics, art, textiles, ceramics, design, food, Japanese film and literature.
Aspects are decided by group discussion. While no pre-existing knowledge is required, members are encouraged to undertake prior research on topics agreed and to share their knowledge and learning with other group members.
