Life Writing (SBS036.02)

Vacancies

Life writing can be about self, family, friends, casual contacts, animals and/or plants. It may show how events can impact a life or how a life can impact events. Life writing may touch on love or loss. It may be pragmatic or emotional. The participants will write a short story/essay/anecdote/vignette, which can be read to the class in five to ten minutes. I have led this course before and participants enjoyed developing their writing skills with the help of positive feedback in a creative and supportive environment. For some it provided the foundation for a memoir/novel.
