Minimum 2 years experience. Study and practice of Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Forms, including Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 & 2, Tai Chi for Memory, Tai Chi for Energy. Seated and standing forms. Tai Chi walking, Yang walking, Qigong Stick, 24 Forms, Yang Sword 32. Essential Tai Chi principles. Refinement of moves. Vaccination against COVID essential.

This is Section 1 of a two section proposal. It goes for four weeks at the end of Term 1, and for the whole of Term 2.
Note that with Section 1, a number of classes will be outdoors or under cover.
Classes may occur during holiday periods in available rooms, and if so, there will be fewer outdoor sessions.
Interested experienced participants should apply for both Section 1 and Section 2. Section 2 has already been advertised
Venue:Flynn CH Rm 2
Costs:$3.50 per class, being $2.00 room rent, and $1.50 for insurance and other expenses. Payable by term, up front. Term is usually 10 weeks, but can vary.
