Qigong for All (R119.05)

This course teaches Six Unity Qigong – a relaxing practice that gently moves and stretches the whole body. It aims to achieve body, mind and breath integration, relieve stress, improve mental clarity and sleep quality. It helps to reduce arthritic pain, strengthen immunity and reduce inflammation.
Qigong is similar to tai chi, but gentler and easier to learn. No previous experience is required, but you should be able to stand for about 50 min and do some stretching and bending. Each 1h session includes a gentle standing warm up and a short meditation at the end (chairs are fine).
