Qigong for All (R119.03)

In this course we will teach Ba Duan Jin, a set of 8 sections. Each section is a series of stretching movements which help to balance our energy, increase flexibility, strength and coordination, promote relaxation and mindfulness. Qigong is gentler and easier to learn than the better known practice of Thai Chi.
No previous experience is required, but you should be able to stand for about 50 min. Each 1h session starts with a gentle standing warm up and finishes with a short, seated meditation (chairs are fine).
Agnieszka and Jurek are both certified level 3 qigong teachers.
