Breathing Space - Online Mindfulness Meditation for Chronic Conditions (R118.02)

Vacancies

Mindfulness meditation uses the flow of the breath to allow the mind to settle. This reduces stress, which helps the body relax and refresh. It creates a breathing space in which people begin to feel more grounded and better able to cope with daily concerns.
In this weekly one-hour Zoom session the coordinator plays one or two carefully chosen mindfulness meditations from a well-tried online source.
There is no religious or spiritual agenda, no dogma or pseudo psychology, just an hour spent creating a calm breathing space with guided meditations
