Call to the barre is an exercise class that combines the movements of ballet, yoga and pilates for a full-body work-out aimed at helping you maintain and improve your flexibility, strength and balance. The certified instructor (me) sets each class to great music and takes inspiration from world ballet and musical theatre. We use a barre for balance, as well as optional hand weights and chairs for stretches and working on core strength. Barre is for people who are looking for a fun, low-impact, full-body workout without any jumping or getting onto the floor.
