Restorative Yoga (R062.27)

Restorative Yoga is a relaxing style of practice to help improve physical, emotional and mental health, to recover from stress, injury and illness using gentle, slow, restorative, recuperative movements and meditation practices. The stretching is passive which eliminates unnecessary straining. Practicing yoga will improve posture and flexibility, enhance circulation and breathing and increase concentration and energy levels. It is highly beneficial to the nervous system. Classes are adapted to participant needs.

Costs:$25/10 weeks.(estimate)
Student Materials:Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, a blanket, yoga blocks, a small soft ball, and a yoga mat
