The Wild, Wild West (H248.02)

Vacancies

Unruly outlaws, trigger happy gunfighters, carousing cowboys, madames with golden hearts, miners without gold, somewhat unreliable law officers and desperate Indians, as well as a supporting cast of railroaders, buffalo hunters, trappers, explorers, farmers, entertainers and even a US president, all of whom made the real West far wilder than anything that could ever be shown on television. This course dives into the reality of America's favourite legends. And it explains a great deal about today's America.
