The College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Flinders University needs participants for a research project.

For this study, they are interested in speaking to people aged 50 years and over, with two or more chronic conditions, to explore their experiences and perceptions of self-management support.
Join a 45-min interview to share your views and help shape health care for people with multiple chronic conditions.
Participants will receive a $50 gift voucher for their time.
